Hi
Can any body explains diffreance bewteen BRF+ WF template (used in MDGS/C) and Rule Based WF Template (Used for MDGM)?
And do we need to maintain both GET_AGET decesion table from BRF+ as well as User decesion table from rule based workflow?

Can you provide screenshots of which ones you mean? There is only one workflow template that is called rule-based workflow or BRF+ workflow. That is WS60800086.
There is another specific BRF+ application used for supplier workflow. The supplier workflow template itself is not dynamic. Only the agent assignment is.
In general, BRF+ is a generic tool that can be used for many purposes. MDG uses 3 specific BRF+ applications:
The first workflow template could be used for any CR type. It is very dynamic and provides a lot of flexibility.
See this document for how you can configure the rule-based workflow BRF+ application.
Hi Abdullah
Do you mean WS60800086 (Rule based) is child product of BRF+ but specefic to MDG?
Is it is necessary to maintain agets in both decesion tables ( GET_TABLE for WS54300005,and USER Desion table for WS60800086) for MDGS even if we assigned WF template WS54300005 to CR type? As it seems that WS54300005 uses Stadard task 60800086 - Get agent filter.
Can WS60800086 is capable of splitting workitems in parallel (One for Purchasing Data and other for Finace Data) or this feature is provided only in WS54300005? If Yes for WS60800086 is any document how to carry said develoment?
