Error Exploding phantom Assembly in CIF

Hi,

We are getting error related to error exploding phantom Assembly in queue manager. When given queue is analyse, it is noticed that system gives this error for Production order which are fully delivered. It mean Production order is delivered in month of Jan 14 but now we are getting this error in CIF in month of July.

As production order are from last months, BOM for given material has been changed hence components get new valid from date. Now somehow system re-explode BOM for this Production order and hence we get this error in queue manager as components for this order are no more valid.

There is no change in Production order since Jan 14 so what can be reason/event which trigger re explosion of BOM for already delivered Production order.

Thanks in Advance,

Lalit

Hi Adam,

You can use badi /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTA3 to stop comparing such orders in CCR. you can mention your logic for such orders that they should not be compared and then would not appear in CCR.

I hope it resolves your issue.

Adam,

Fully delivered production orders may still be active (and relevant for SCM).  In order to prevent such orders from being sent to SCM (and possibly generating the errors mentioned), they should be TECO'd in ECC.

Thanks Rahul. I think I will try to manage through Business Process (eg Properly Closing out Orders) first.  But this is a good option if we decide we need to do something from a technical standpoint
