Refresh Data with Prompt

Hi!

this is my scenario:

Lumira 1.17.2

BO 4.1 SP3 Patch 1

I created a new document connected to a .unx universe. In my filter section I have 3 filter with 4 required prompt.

How can I change the value of the prompt after the creation of document?

If I click on the "refresh" button they don't appear. If I remove a filter and than readd the same filter, it works.

Is there another way?

Hi,

my understanding is that the universe context & prompt filters are set at 'design-time' , so you would need to switch back to "edit data" and change them at that query level.

Is this process working ok for you?

But this is not a solution for me, because the final user of this document don't want edit the query, but use the document like a webi.

Not sure if this will help but could you use input controls in a Story Board to help with end-user filtering?  See

I can confirm that the workflow you expect is not available in the product (but our product management is aware of this request from other sources)
