Hi Kemal,

SETENV_01 = SECUDIR=$(DIR_INSTANCE)/sec

# SYB change for release 740

_CPE = copy_links target:$(DIR_EXECUTABLE)

_SYBLST = $(DIR_GLOBAL)$(DIR_SEP)syb$(DIR_SEP)NTAMD64

_DIRODBC = $(DIR_GLOBAL)$(DIR_SEP)syb$(DIR_SEP)NTAMD64$(DIR_SEP)sybodbc

_CPJDBC = list:$(_SYBLST)$(DIR_SEP)cpe_sybjdbc.lst source:$(_SYBLST)

_CPODBC = list:$(_SYBLST)$(DIR_SEP)cpe_sybodbc.lst source:$(_DIRODBC)

_PFL = $(DIR_PROFILE)$(DIR_SEP)HCP_DVEBMGS00_HMF-SAP-CRM

It looks like your SAP version is 740 while IGS and kernel files are 720 based.

Request you to update the kernel files and check the results please.

Hi Kemal,

As you confirm that Kernel levels are already update it is not required further.

In your response above as you restarted IGS could re-check status and share the logs by right clicking on the failed process.

Deepak Kori

Hi Kemal,

Enable IGS trace using - igs/trace_logging = <truncate>, <size>, <time> in your instance profile.

Refer - 1516577 - IGS trace logging and truncation

Share your instance profile.

From which release and to which release have your performed the update ?

Increase the reconnection time as per  844669 - Profile parameter of IGS as of Version 7.x.

Also adjust other parameter.

Add IGS.HCP program ID in your instance profile.

Refer: 454042 - IGS: Installing and Configuring the IGS

and Ince all done test with report GRAPHICS_IGS_ADMIN in se38.

The logs which you have shown are obsolete.... in log directory

Divyanshu

There should IGS logs in the <Drive>:\usr\sap\HCP\DVEBMGS00\igs\log directory.

You may supply them or analyze them.

Start with this SAP note 514841 - Troubleshooting when a problem occurs with the IGS
