Hi All,
We are facing the issue in downloading the work order attachment using on-demand push concept. In our case, whenever you request for download, the concerned XML is generated, but we don't know whether it is received by agentry or not. At the same time, it is not showing any error in logs(both Java and SAP).
Also, we excuted the program /SYCLO/CORE_OTRIG_RETRY_PROG., to manually trigger XML. After executing, it trigger all outbound XML's and sending it to the corresponding IP's and at last line it is displaying that
Info: HTTP connections are closed for the server <sever-name>.
After that, there is no steps are involving to proceed further. Kindly help us in fixing the issue.
Thanks a lot,
Vino

Hi All,
Actually whenever we are requesting for document download, the fetch is executed and corresponding XML is generated and sent from sap end. After that it is not at all processing.
FYI, I have attached snap of my outbound trigger settings. Kindly let me know, whether the settings are correct or not.
Thanks
Vino

Hi Vino,
Default Target Host port supposed to be 08282, but in the screen above it showing 09292. Did you change this setting according to your local environment. If so, did you change the Agentry.ini settings also to reflect the same change under [HTTPXML-2] group settings.
For Example: baseURL=http://localhost:9292

Hi Vinoth,
As per expert suggested, Checked for config portal.... Its not working for both whether its for SMP or local agentry server. I changed to 'Use IP address'..I am facing the issues.
Please suggest me what did you changed for local agentry development server.
Any suggestions would be appreciable.

Sumit

Hi Manju,
We are not feeling any differences, with the details specified in the link provided. Also we referred to the document "Document Handling Support in Work Manager 6.0" from SAP.
Issue is that XML is not posting to agentry server ie., issue with outbound trigger or else with the Agentry Server - HTTP connections.
Kindly let me know.
Thanks,
Vino
Vinoth,
Your issue seems to be with SMP server not reachable from SAP side to push the changes. Make sure a) you have applied all the OSS note as specified in the blog forwarded to you earlier b) There is no conflict with port 8282 c) turn on detailed logging on SMP server side fot XML/http connection to troubleshoot further d) Review push logs once again to make sure that there are no issues on SAP side.
let us know what you find out.
Thanks
Manju.
Hi Ravi,
Looks like DNS settings are not recognisable by other systems in your local environment and is causing HTTP triggers failed to reach the Agentry server. Try using IP address instead FQDN address from Syclo Admin portal for your server using transaction /n/SYCLO/ADMIN.
Administration --> Server Management and search for your mobile application
Select your server name from the list and change the Outbound trigger URL type to "Use IP Address" instead of "Use FQDN when available". I hope this helps resolve the issue.
Regards
Syam
