SAP Solution Manager Configuration: SSO Setup

In Solution manager 7.1, we are trying to execute SSO setup in “SAP Solution Manager Configuration: Basic Configuration”
But it ends up with below error.

Found SID for SSO ACL entry : <SID>

Found login.ticket_client for SSO ACL entry : 100
The Read entry permission on TicketKeystore/SAPLogonTicketKeypair-cert was given to sap.com/tc~webadministrator~solmandiag/servlet_jsp /smd/root/WEB-INF/lib/SetupLib.jar
No Backup SSO ticket cert file could be retrieved from SMD Repository
Failed to get subject DN of Java Ticket Certificate
!! Exception : java.lang.NullPointerException

We checked in Trusted system in portal, certificate information is looking fine. In Visual Administrator also, the ticket certification is valid. But still it ends up with error.
Can anyone please assist me on this?

We have checked the below thread and other threds on scn but no use.

Thanks for the reply,

As per note we have already checked in VisualAdmin and the certificate entry name is  'SAPLogonTicketKeypair-cert'.and we have retried the setup many times with no success.

Thanks for your support.

There were two certificates loaded in visual administrator.

The one being used in the solution manager nwa - trusted systems was not having -cert.

we renamed it and it worked fine.
