Solman_Workcenter Error on Fast Display Message

Hello All,

When attempting to go into solman_workcenter and choose Fast Display Message, we enter a Transaction ID and it runs for a while then eventually gives us a short dump TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED.

The short text is "No more storage space available for extending an internal table."  We are only searching for a single helpdesk ticket, so it seems strange that it would run out of memory.

This is happening in both our Solman PRD and Solman TST systems.

Has anyone seen this before?

Kindly share parameter value for abap/heap_area_total.If possible try to adjust memory settings .

The current value is set at 2,000,000,000

Hi Amber,

what is the version of solution manager system.

Increase the parameter value abap/shared_objects_size_MB > 350

Check the below 7.1 profile note for reference,also in check the remaining parameter

I will take a look at the note, but that parameter is already set to 350.

In most cases, our parameters are set to what SAP recommends or larger.
