Hi Folks,

I am trying to create a Third party sales order, Since it is assigned to a PO i could not delete it, so i go and delete the item in the PO and try again deleting the SO,Still i am not able to delete the item in the SO.Am i missing something.....

hi u can mark item with rejection and add the same item if required,so that system regenerates the PR number

from help.sap.com:

You cannot subsequently change the quantity or the delivery date for an individual purchase order item in the purchase requisition. You can only change them in the sales order. Changes you make in the sales order are always automatically reflected in the corresponding purchase requisition, as long as this is permitted by the release status for the purchase requisition.
