Creating multiple Role Owners and Access Control Owners

Hello Experts,

In GRC 10, is there a way to create multiple Access Control owners and Role owners, instead of creating one by one. I cannot see way to import data. Thank you in advance.

Hi Sonny,

No, we don't have any way to create multiple role owners and multiple access control owners in one shot but one-by-one.

You can suggest/promote this as an idea to SAP.

Hi,

You can ask  ABAPer and create a custom code to update the table  GRACOWNER . And read Access control owner from excel file and validate it with USR02. This is tried solution.

and to import the roles using a Role import template and import all the roles.

Dear Sonny,

there is no program to do so as Ameet has mentioned. But you can insert owners directly in table GRACOWNER via SE16. From my experience that's the fastest way to upload several owners. Also you have the possibility to transport the entries from dev to prod.
