Data Management:Data Loading/Validation:Time Frame:Quarter option?

We download supplier data and send to an external partner that then cleanses it for us.  We are currently using the All option when downloading the data but the file is growing and will soon be a size to large to send to the outside partner.

In Data Management: Data Loading/Vaildation tab: Time Frame drop down list box currently has these options: All, Last Week, Last Month and Last Year.  We need an option for Last Quarter.  Is there a way to make that happen?

Hi Gary,

With the ootb data management functionality it is not possible to filter the export process.

BW openhub functionality should be able to accomplish what you are trying to do.

In SP3 we introduced an APD that can be configured to selectively export data as well. The APD is configured to work with Ariba enrichment ootb but you should be able to configure to your 3rd parties needs.

The reason that all supplier master data is exported is that corporate linkage changes as companies are acquired hence the need to ensure that all supplier have the correct parent-child hierarchy
