Search content by Help Launch Pad doesn't find anything

Hi all,

I created a simulation and some documents in uPerform 5.0 with "Transaction code" property filled, but when I search content through Help Launch Pad or directly on search option in the website, the message "No result found" appears.

The project has anonymous status enabled, all content is published and has a dynamic website folder assigned. Some screens with projetct data and search procedure are attached.

What can be happening?

search on uPerform server page works ?

if only HLP does not find documents, there may be problem with the search engine.

re-creating search DB / re-install solr engine would be the next steps

But if no experience doing these, better create an SAP incident asking ancile to help.
