Hello Experts,
In our SAP SCM 7.0 we are receiving error - "Error during the retrieval of the logon data store" in transaction /n/sapapo/cq when i click on the option "Go to SMQ1/SMQ2 by selecting the target system.
Traget system is SAP ECC 6.0
RFC from source to target is working perfectly fine, even the authorization test too is good.
Can you please help me?
Thanks,
Subbu

Hello Deepak,
Thank you.
Hope you mean to check the RFC connection in SM59.
As i said earlier, i am able to even "Remote Login" to the target system from SM59.
However not able to remote login to the same system when i click on option "Go to SMQ1/SMQ2" from transaction /n/sapapo/cq
Any idea?
Thanks,
Subbu

Can you perform authorization test in SM59 and share the results.

Hi Subbu,
Let's check things again:
Match and validate things with this old link;

Thank you All.
Issue resolved after changing the entries in SPRO. After refresh it is still carrying the RFC os source system:
Changed in following location:
SPRO --IMG --> Integration with SAP Components --> Integration via APO Core interface (CIF) --> Basic settngs for creatong the system Landscape --> Execute "Assign RFC destination to various Application cases"
Thanks,
Subbu

Thank you Raj Sree
All the RFCs to CUA system are also working perfectly fine.
The error i am receiving is:
"Error during the retrieval of the logon data store"
but not
"Error during the retrieval of the logon data stored in secure storage"
So, i couldnt find any relevant threads for this error.
Any idea on what more to check
Thanks,
Subbu
