Reverse Move Out did not happened

Former Member

I created 3 contracts for the same installation say C1, C2 and C3 in past dates.

C1 got forced moved out when C2 was Moved In.

C2 got forced moved out when C3 was Moved In.

Now requirement was to active C1 again for that Installation. So I cancelled C3, and hence, C2 got reversed Moved Out and got active.

When I cancelled C2, C1 must be reversed Moved out and should be active from the date of creation to 31.12.9999 but when C2 was Reversed Moved in, C1 did not get Reversed Moved out.

Please help.

Hi there,

Assuming:

Contract C1 has a move-in date as 01.04.2014,

C2 has a move-in date as 01.05.2014 and

C3 has move-in date as 01.06.2014.

Move-in date for C2 will set the forced move-out date for C1 as 30.04.2014 and

Move-in date for C3 will set the forced move-out date for C2 as 31.05.2014.

Now perform the following steps with the sequence below:

1. Cancel C3 (i.e. performing reverse move in for C3 using transaction EC53E),

2. Perform reverse move out for C2(using transaction EC58E) to make it active again.

3. Cancel C2 (i.e. performing reverse move in for C2 using transaction EC53E)

4. Perform reverse move out for C1 (using transaction EC58E) to make it active again.

Contract C1 will become active.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Pawan.
