Hi,
I am working with Successfactors Integration. SF is my sender and 3rd party is my receiver.
I just created a communication channel in ID for SFSF adapter and activated.
I see the ping channel for this SFSF channel is disabled in CC monitor.
and the log says " webserviceexception occured during the sender channel message processing. Please check the logs"
I dont see any logs generated. can you pls help with some ideas.

What connectivity add-on SP level do you use? Ping functionality for SuccessFactors adapter was introduced in SP01 for connectivity add-on 1.0 - thus, it will not be available in initial shipment (SP00) of the add-on.
