Hi Kumar,
Description: Define Role description
Menu: Define activities, design user menus
Add transactions, reports, and Web addresses in menu
Authorizations: Maintain authorization data, generate authorization profile
The authorizations for the activities selected are created and profiles
generated. This step normally involves the greatest administrative maintenance
User: Assign users, Compare user master
The users are assigned to the roles
Finally (depending on the settings in PFCG), the comparison with the user
master records of the users which have just been assigned to the roles is
performed.
Hope it helps.
Please reward points if it is useful.
Thanks & Regards,
Santosh

Hai reddy,
In PFCG screen u has to create the role and below u will get MENU,AUTHORIZATIONS,USER
MENU---if u know the transaction u can give directly or else from the sap menu.
AUTHORIZATIONS----u want to give the authorizations and activities for that role.
USER---- to which user u want to assign this role here u want to enter the user name.
here there are two types user to role and role to user.
if u know the role name u can give directly to the user in SU01
in PFCG u r creating the role and assigning to the user.
i think its helps u .
