SOAP runtime exception

Hi Team,

We encountered error as shown in attached and we are unable to print report.

Please advise the cause of the issue and how can this be resolved.

Hi,

It will occur if ADS is not working fine.Check whether ADS is working.

SA38->FP_TEST_00-> execute->give printer name (LP01)->Print Preview.

Post us the result.

Hello

Go in Visual Admin-> Server -> Services -> HTTP Provider tab Runtime->Virtual Hosts->Aplication Aliases. The Aplication Alias "AdobeDocumentServices/Config " should be checked.

Also check SAP Notes:
