number range and transaction type

Hi

I am having problems in Auto -Follow on creation in SRM

Once the Shopping cart is approved, The Follow on  creation fails in the backend , with error - Shopping cart XXXXXXXXX: Error creating the follow-on document

There are no further details in RZ20

i think my num range or transaction type are incorrect
