User List not Showing during Submit Request

Hi,

i am getting one problem that, when i raise a request for other user then only one user is showing in user dialog. i have configured connection string for user provisioning.

sync has been completed successfully and i have found all users in GRACUSER table.

can you please help in this issue?

Hi Arif,

Assuming that you have configured HR system as data source..and you set the parameter 5023 to yes

Do you see any error in SLG1 logs..? What about user detail data source..?

Jobs in full mode might get you the user list populated.

problem was in maintain Data Source Configuration. Now fixed.
