SM_CRM : Old Transaction Types are not displayed

Hi,

We have upgraded the SAP Solution Manager system from solman 7.0 to 7.1 SP10.

In the incident management workcenter i can see my new transcation type and old transaction type, which is correct.

Problem:

In SM_CRM transaction (with standard SOLMANPRO business role), i can see only new transaction type and I cannot see old transaction type.

Please advice.

HI Nisha,

SM_CRM is the CRM UI screen , so it will open only the relevant t.type .so only SMIN will open in the SM_CRM.

SLFN t.type not able to open in sm_crm, use the old ways to check the details in the SLFN.

Thanks for reply.

I know that SM_CRM will open SMIN transaction type only.

But it is possible to display the old SLFN in SM_CRM as mentioned in Doleres blog below :

Hi Nisha,

In the link Dolores stated after adding the SLFN in the Assign Implementation to Change Transaction Types.will able to see the old message in the IT Service  Management workcenter.( not able to see the SLFN in the SM_CRM)

"Note: From SP5 onwards old transaction types can be displayed in sm_crm too, please maintain the 'document type' under spro point "Assign Implementation to Change Transaction Types" for these old transaction types with the same value that you can see for the equivalent new transaction type."

after adding the SLFN, will able to see the SLFN message in the IT Service  Management workcenter, once click themessage it will take to the old message(SLFN) through webdynpro link ( not through crm_ui bsp )
