Hello
You need to perform a Heterogeneous system copy (Migration) to achieve this This should be done by a certified OS/DB migration consultant.
Read this SAP note
82478 - SAP system OS/DB migration
As the target database is Sybase first check PAM for possible combinations.
Also read these SAP notes.
1591424 - SYB: NW 7.02 system copy with target SAP ASE
888210 - NW 7.**: System copy (supplementary note)

Hi Sithanandan,
Approach could be as follows
1) Perform DB export of MSSQL database
2) Copy the export dump to Linux server
3) Perform installation on Linux servers with sybase database using system copy option.
4) Specify path of export dump and get data imported
5) Perform post import activities.
For Migration to Sybase refer to below SAP notes.
1672367 SYB: 7.30 System copy with target Sybase ASE
1554717 SYB: Planning information for SAP on Sybase ASE
1680803 SYB: Migration to Sybase ASE - Best Practice
For guidance on migration refer to hetergenous system copy guide available on SAP service Marketplace.
