JMS Error: Message ID already exists in database: com.sap.....DuplicateKeyException

Hello All,

We are getting the error message with the error:

Can someone please provide the inputs, how to rectify it. its a JMS to IDOC scenario. We had a SAP PI Queue pile (smq2) happened last week and afterwhich we are getting this issue quite frequently.

Please let me know what can be done here (other than Full Cache Referesh 🙂   --  since its a PROD system).
