Sending to SAP

   Hi Experts,

Do you have any idea how we can resolve the issues below?

We have already maintained a description, information to SAP, the aisuser, the sap oss connection, SM_SP_connection, V_AISAPCUSTNOS, V_AIINSNRS, ibase with partners information and the details below, but we could not send the message to SAP for this particular managed system.

Appreciate your help on this. Thanks!

Hello Lluis,

1. the user is maintained in the aisuser table
2. Managed system has been a VAR customer for years now
3. RFC SAPOSS connections is working fine
4. The user is maintained as contact person, employee and general business partner with the user id and installation id maintained
5. the maintenance agreement of the customer is not up-to-date with SAP- May have to check on this
6. authorizations are complete
7. the system is relevant
8. No error on RFC connection and SAPOSS is working
9. Error message "unknown installation number for customer"is not showing
10. You get a bad day and you are no able to do anything well done; retard your computer, got to speak with coffee machine and after 10 minutes later try to send the message to SAP. - i do this often.
