Message ID duplicate detected

Hi guys,

Just want to ask some comments about my problem. I got an error in sxmb_moni, error category: MAPPING, error id: JCO_SYSTEM_FAILURE.

Upon checking on the payload, the error message is :

<SAP:Code area="MESSAGE">DUPLICATE_DETECTED</SAP:Code>

<SAP:P1 />

<SAP:P2 />

<SAP:P3 />

<SAP:P4 />

<SAP:AdditionalText>com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DuplicateMessageException: Message ID already exists in database: com.sap.sql.DuplicateKeyException: ORA-00001: unique constraint violated</SAP:AdditionalText>

<SAP:ApplicationFaultMessage namespace="" />

<SAP:Stack />

<SAP:Retry>N</SAP:Retry>

</SAP:Error>

I tried to check this message id in the Runtime Workbench, but only one message occured, the one with error. I was expecting that I will see 2 messages. the original one and the one with error. How come? How to resolve this issue?

Also, upon looking on the trace, I saw this message,

<Trace level="1" type="System_Error">Error exception return from pipeline processing!</Trace>

<Trace level="1" type="T">End of retry processing because of duplicate message. (message already processed)</Trace>

What does this mean? The original message was successfully processed?

Thanks for the reply. But I already checked the SM59, and the server is ok.

What may be the other problems?

Hi Eric,

Did you solve that issue I too have the similar issue now , and the communication channel error out like

Putting message into send queue failed, due to: Message ID f88cec40-e2d8-11db-9bed-001125a6950a(OUTBOUND) already exists in database: com.sap.sql.DuplicateKeyException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (SAPJXPDB.SYS_C00124381) violated

Please let me know how u solved this.
