Hello,
This issue might related with memory consumption.
For users with very large user menus in particular, starting SAP Easy
Access (SESSION_MANAGER in technical terms) has a significant influence
on the duration of the logon, the runtime for providing a new session,
and the entire performance of the system.
Running the report EASY_ACCESS_NUMBER_OF_NODES to determine such users,
we could find more than 500 users with more than 2.000 entries in they
menu.
Read following SAP notes:
203924 - Performance 4.6 - collective note (section 4.b)
357693 - Redundancy avoidance in Easy Access

David

Hi David,
Thanks for reply.
for the time being I discuss this issue with ABAPer to check whether he is calling session manger in zgate_entry program because when I exit using /n then error not occured.
I think session manager is called in program and not closed by ABAPer
Thanks & Regards\
