Hello Experts,
We are creating new collaborators roles with the same access of the collaborator role just with the option of alerts and notifications uncheck, the problem is that when we created a discussion and we want to select the list of collaborators that are going to participate in the discussion just the users with the owner and collaborator role appear on the list.
If we copied the same exact access and permissions it is not supposed to show me the entire list of users that we add in the Collaborator section in the MA?
Please let me know if we are missing something.

Hi Martha,
It should show the users added as a collaborator in the discussion section. As it would be newly craeted profile so it would not be applicable to the existing users which are added as collaborator in MA. Please add new user/group or modify role for existing collaborators in MA to visible in discussions.
