Hi Experts
We've just updated our IE to 10.
We're on SRM 7.02 SP 7 & Portal 7.3 SP 10.
Most things are working well on the new IE version.
However, certain things like the yellow tabs below just don't seem to respond to clicks...
We're able to create an RFx using the create RFx button on the left.
However, clicking directly on the RFx to view it also does not work....
HTTPWatch does not report any errors...there's no circle spinning, nothing...its as if its just not doing anything...
Please do advise if there's some setting somewhere we may have missed (all IE security settings etc. have been tried, but to no avail)...
Thanks a lot !

Hello Saba,
Good to see that you are trying to use IE10 but would like to inform you that we are also working on SRM 7.02 SP 8 recently upgraded and it was recommended to use IE9 instead of IE10 . Right now after portal upgrade we are testing on IE11 . But IE10 doesn't support few functionalities . Let me know if you are using SSO for IE as well. Have you tried with advance settings for IE10 check out and the proceed.
Will recommend you to go for IE9 or better to IE11.
Thanks

Hi Gaurav,
As per PAM, we upgraded Portal just so we could use IE 10
IE 11, on the other hand is not supported for SRM 7.02 SP 7.
We do have a few SSO users as well...but at the moment, we're trying with the non SSO ones.
Are there some Notes which list limitations of IE 10...
Which advanced settings should I set ?
Please help.......
Thanks !

Hello Saba,
Can you provide me your email id so that I can send you the setting . Actually that setting where with IE9 but you can maintain with IE10 as well, as we have maintained with IE11. I am not sure what PAM(Product Availability Matrix) suggests but SAP is beyond imagination . Just give a try and we have succeeded into that

Use compatibility view options.
But its work fine in IE9 recommended.
Thanks
