SAP User count for a previous date

I have requirement to get the user count for previous year in SAP. Is it possible to get the user count for a previous date in SAP..?

Can anyone suggest a way for this.? I also have GRC (Risk and Remediation alone configured for the system.

We will check list of Users with SUIM-> Change Document -> In Users -> Mention particular dates and execute (User ID, Changed by Based tabs with blank).

Otherwise, we will check through T_Code:USMM, based on the license.
