Clearing of inventory diffrences to internal projects

Hello,

Issue: while clearing the posting diffrences LI20, the below error message is displayed.

Error message:

1.Goods movement "is not allowed (WBS 999999-01)

2.Assign internal/customer project accordingly for account 444444

details: while doing clearing the differences for storage type 999 in a warehouse,the above error was displayed.

No batch input data for screen SAPLIPW1 & Assign internal/customer project accordingly for account 444444

please be noted that it is related to Q- project stock.

Is there any problem with processing LI11N, where special stock Q with WBS element field was missed??

usually these are steps:

LI01N

LI04

LI11N-count result

LI20-clear the diffrences at WM level

LI21- clear teh differences at IM level

this is not directly an error from a WM point of view.

Your CO colleagues have changed the project (probably a status) and it does not allow anymore any goods movement.

They missed to check that stock exists and created a dead-end situation. This affects any movement, not just inventory clearance. They need to allow movements again, no other option available to clear your difference
