SMP 2.3 runtime installation error

Hi

Java SDK installed and classpath is set.

Installing SMP 2.3 gives the "null" error.

Could you please check it.

Why are you installing by running setupConsole.exe? You should run setup.exe file -- Right click > Run as Adminstrator. Have you not tried with it?

Which SP of SMP 2.3 runtime you are installing? E.g. SMP 2.3 SP04

Adding to that you can directly install the SMP 2.3 SP04 without any base level. Its always recommended to use the latest available with which the previous bugs are fixed and more enhancements are added.

also SMP 2.3 SP04 is the latest before the release of SMP3.0 (SMP 3.0 is a combination of SUP, Syclo,Mobiliser)
