Text Missing from Dialogue Box

Hi,

One of our user is trying to do some transaction (CO01), in the field of "Material" when he types F1 key he did not seen the Text,.

Tried Thing;

1. Re installed the SAPGUI720 (Windows XP SP3)

2.Java Re installed

3.User Profile for Windows recreated and Checked; Problem not solved.

Please Suggest !

Hi,

Try to upgrade SAP GUI with 730 release and recheck for all.

installed SAPGUI730 with latest update of JAVA version "1.7.0_65"

but SE80 has same Problem !

Text Appearing issue is resolved !!

The Screen Message is now Appaering !!

After SE80 if click on repository browser a small Selection option doesn't get Appear on this system only ! As already share din screen-Shot.

Hi,

Technical info also not shows; finally removed all the JAVA and SAPGUI; restores system to Earlier Stage and Re installed the JAVA and SAPGUI720 Again; then F1 Option woks this Time !

On more observation found for T-Code SE80, Please find the Screen-Shots . . .

Perhaps, It's JRE and GUI combination which is not working correctly for your frontend machine.

Can you share some details like OS, processor, machine type, 32/64 bit, windows version, java version etc to find a right combination.

Seems all good to me. Did you try using a higher patch level ?

Hi,

Below is Snap-Shot, this is Happening with all Client Systems (Quality,Development,Production)

After F1 if we try SU53 it shows <Dummy> technical Information also not shows !

Switch the user's gui to a modal dialog for F4 under Help --> Settings.  That would give you a clue whether it's authorization related or the gui.  SU53 often only shows something meaningful, if there was an error message.

Can you share the screenshot.

You can got and check technical information. And then can check the message number and the text against it. If the issue is with every user, then the text is missing. If it's with this user, then problem can be with GUI, maybe.

Is the text missing an all clients or only on 1?

Maybe he has no authorization to do this.

Check SU53 after pressing F1.
