No control line for item 000010 in billing document xxxxxxxx

Hi Folks,

Good morning!!

I am getting the error message "No control line for item 000010 in billing document xxxxxxxx" while trying to save the billing document for credit memo order and no accounting document is generated.

What could be possible reason.

Hello Sarath,

Ist Maintain the copy control settings in VTFA for Billing type G2

Copying requirements   002       Item/order-related          Billing quantity     A

Data VBRK/VBRP         002       Ord-rel.credit memo         Pos./neg. quantity   +

                                                 Pricing type         D

Check if the item category of credit memo is

C Relevant for ord.-related billing - status acc.to target qty

If still the problem exist then let us know
