SAP screen personas Main screen issue

Hi Experts,

We have successfully installed the sap screen personas in our system, nut unable to launch main page for the screen personas.

Find the below error.

Please let us know If anybody suggest me to fix the issue,

Hi All,

Thanks for the suggestions, Issue has been fixed with the help of the following note

SAP Note: 1964257 - Cumulative patch release for the SAP Screen personas.

Once again thank you every body for your valuable suggestions.

Did you assign a Personas role to the user who wants to log on using Personas?

Check it in the /PERSOS/ADMIN_UI transaction.

Hi Tamas,

Thanks for the quick response, we have cross verified and tried to run the main page.

But no luck, Please help me out from this issue.

In this case, my guess would be that something is not set up correctly.

Double-check if everything is installed and configured properly according to the Administration and Configuration Guide and also follow Sushant's blog about system setup:.

* Kernel version and SP (main and target system)

* Basis version and SP (main and target system)

* Personas version and SP

Hi Bhaskar,

Can you verify if note#2016378 has been applied successfully? Also please check if restgui and user configurations are done correctly.

If you are still facing issue, then I would suggest you to open a message with HTTP and R3 connections so that the team can look into it.

Thanks for the Quick response. I have successfully installed the above mentioned note and cross verified the Restgui and user configurations all looking good.

But same issue I am facing, so planning to raise an OSS message.
