Dear Team,
We are upgrading our current QAS CRM 7.0 System to EHP3 for CRM 7.0
SAP Application.
In Downtime (Execution Phase )
Job Job MAIN_SWITCH/SUBMOD_SWITCH_OLDREL/JOB_BTCTRNS1 running from very long time now.(Almost 5 Hrs)
I can see below errors in dev_w0 files in DVEB*/works directory:-

M *** ERROR => EncNiConnect: unable to connect (NIECONN_REFUSED)

Can not see any recent logs (logs not getting generated) in SUM/abap/log.

Also, can you check enque/encni/port = 51019 in instance profile
If not,
then
Goto the path of the profile parameter /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile/instance profile.
Set parameter “enque/encni/port = 51019”.
And take a full restart and start the job again.
Also, before setting the parameter, can you check enqueue logs
