SAP Fiori Approve Purchase Order App

Hi,

I am facing a challenge for  SAP Fiori Approve Purchase Order App in Production Server. But the same App works fine in Development Server and able to view Data for Approve PO.

Production Server : Approve Purchase Order App was not displaying Data. (I am able to View Workflow Notification Data in SAP Business Workspace for the same user"). While I am log in to SAP Fiori App through Chrome, Home page displays "Approve PO as value '0" " and when I tap Approve PO App, it shows as "No Data".

Have moved Dev setup to production Server.

Release strategy of PO Approval was Maintained.

Appreciate your suggestions & help. We are in critical live scenario...

HI Naresh,

Did you check whether the task id is also maintained in backend ?

spro -> mm -> purchasing -> Purchase order ->Approve purchase order app

is the user maintained correct ?

Hi Masa & Tejas,

Thanks for your guidance. Our Issue got resolved.

Trusted RFC Connection was not maintained properly. Log on security was filled with User id and Password instead of Current user.

Hi Naresh,

Have you maintained task ID in MM customizing?

I think the app behavior is correct because there is no data in production server.

Hi Masa,

No customizations are done. I have been using Standard SAP Fiori Task ID "TS20000166" and the same has been used in Workflow...

I am able to see Data with the user in SBWP (SAP Business workspace) Transaction

Hi Naresh,

Please paste the OData URI. I think task ID is missing in the OData URI because you have not maintained the task ID in customizing.

Hi Naresh,

You can set an external break point in the backend and troubleshoot.

Please take a look SAP Fiori LL11 - Consultants should know about OData troubleshooting.

Maybe system alias is wrong. It says LOCALFIORI120.
