Solved: Sender Communication Channel for ECC in SAP PI 7.3...

Dear Experts,

I am working on ECC Proxy (Sender) <--> SAP PI 7.31 SINGLE STACK <--> JDBC scenario.

I have successfully configured proxy configurations (confirmed in Tx SLDCHECK in ECC)

I am facing issue in Integration Directory while creating ICO in single stack SAP-PI 7.31 JAVA only .Below are the details which I maintained.

ECC as Business System with no Sender Communication Channel and JDBC as Business Component with Receiver JDBC Channel

But when I am trying to create ICO its asks for Sender Communication...


1. I am not sure whether I have to create any Sender Communication Channel for ECC since proxy configuration is already in place.


2.If yes, then which type of communication channel I have to create for sender ECC in SAP PI 7.31 JAVA only


3. Any documents to refer..

Please share your inputs as it is very urgent..

Yes You have to,

The Proxy channels must be created and The channel is SOAP Channel with XI 3.0 message protocol
