Use
The production process model (PPM) defines the detailed information that is needed to produce a product. The PPM brings the routing and bill of material together in one master data object. Each PPM contains one or more operations. Each operation in turn contains one or more activities that have materials, relationships and resources maintained in them. The activities and resources that have been specified in the PPM, are assigned penalties that are used by both the SNP optimizer and finite planning in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)
