Connection lost to dips+work.exe

Hi Colleagues,

THIS IS THE CASE:

We have problems within several users, they lose the connection to SAP
sessions sometimes even if they were not working in SAP for only 10
minutes. Than we have also users which loose the connection after or
during the exportation of ALV to Excel.

Users are working within CITRIX, between Citrix and SAP Server we have
an network line of 10GB and no firewall in between.
Our Network Specialist already checked the network and as well if there
are some errors on the switches.

From my side i did following steps:

Checked SNC setup (Windows & SAP)
Checked SSL setup
Checked SAPRouter, new version installed (saprouttab)
Checked and new Version of SAPCRYPTO installed
Checked Environment Variables of Windows (for SNC & SAPROUTER)
Parameters in SAP checked

RFC Connections like SAPOSS are working fine.

What I found now on the SAP Windows Server in sapmmc, several syslog
entries in error within the following message:

- SAP Basis System: Connection to user 16578 (MAPE ), terminal 66 (DTSXP10 ) lost

- SAP Basis System: Operating system call recv failed (error no. 10053)

And it is always other user and also other Citrix Server.

Need HELP!

SAP GUI 7.30 Patch Level 7 was corrupted. New Patch Level 9 installed and everything is working fine.
