Data volume management Reports

Dear Experts,

I am new to solution manager and I have got a requirement to configure Data volume management in solution manager. I have completed the configuration using Solman_setup  tcode and I am getting some reports and dashboards as well. But I am not getting an idea like what data it is showing in the dashboards and all. Could anyone advice me to understand what is the graph shows like that. please find some of the dashboards below. please help

the below is document type and I am not able to understand what exactly it means. Could any one suggest me

the below is not showing any data.
