Batch split restricted to 001 in sales order inspite of customizing the strategy type

Hello,

Please find the following steps that I have done.

1.Maintained the maximum Batch split in strategy type in customizing as 999.

2.Created the stategy record and checked there also Batch split as 999.Transaction VCH1

3 When I create sales order Batch split is becoming restricted to 001 .

4.When I do the strategy analysis  in sales order then correct procedure and stattegy type is showing in sales order screen

5.When I click the strategy info in sales order then the Batch split is showing as 1

6 Even I set the deletion indicator in strategy record still the record is getting triggered.

batch split is not possible at sales order level.
