The problem was found and solved. I was wondering if it is possible to cancel these kind of messages on SXI_MONITOR. The status "System Error - Restart Not Possible" must be changed.

The standard report RSXMB_CANCEL_NOT_REST_MESSAGES is getting dump error. I'm not sure that gonna cancel the "System Error - Restart Not Possible" messages. I found some documents that recommend to archive these kind of messages.

On the other hand, I will open an OSS message asking how the report works and what can be done.
