How to Disable the Option ' Create attachment'

Dear all

we are using 'Store Business Document' option in our company to archive the documents onto ECM FileNet Application ( Integrated with SAP Objects using IBM Content Collector) and not on SAP Database. my query here is to know how do we disable the option to create attachment as we wish to restrict the document saving on SAP.

let us know how is it possible to disable the create attachment option in services for objects as shown in below.

HI,

you have several options. Check this: A service is active but it has to be inactive - Technology Troubleshooting Guide - SCN Wiki

The most easy way to inactivate the service with transaction SOGS or modify table SGOSCUST.

For the BAdI check the documentation in your system and the example implementation.
