Dear Techies,
Kindly help me on this issue,
I am generating EWA in SDCCN, it is generating fine through RFC Connections successful. But I am not getting EWA report in SMP. All steps performed successfully but no EWA report in SMP inbox ( service messages ).
Is there any changes do we need in Service market place to get EWA, or how to enable EWA icon in Service market place. PFA

Hi Razz,
Check in Tcode DSWP > solution monitoring > EWA
If you see two bottles for your system like below, click on it start service processing> start background job.
If your Trusted RFC & back RFC(in managed system) are in place, job will take 15-30 to generate the EWA report.

Please check whether SAPOSS and SDCC_OSS RFCs are created and configured with correct S-user id and password.

Dear Deepak,
Is it mandatory for EWA to get successful run for Maintenance package. Because the same getting failed in my other PRD system, but I am getting the EWA report in SMP.
Maintenance package is getting failed due to RFC connection error between ECC & SOL system.
Pls let me know.
