Getting message as "SAP NW TREX is not available" (Message no. /SAPSLL/CON_SPL_CHK064)

Dear friends,

We have recently upgraded our GTS system to 10.1 , when we try to use Display Blocked Business Partners transaction we are getting this message.

This is happening when I select BP and click on SPL push button.

Request you please let me know if we miss any config or anything.

Hi

Have you transfered the SPL index to TREX? The error could be due to no SPL Indexes in TREX Server, if you didn't transfer complete SPL indexes to TREX server.

Ensure that you have regenerated the index and that it has been transfered fully to TREX:
1. Reset Buffers - /SAPSLL/SPL_CUS_APP_BUFF_RESET
2. Generate Comparison Terms for SPL - /SAPSLL/SPL_CREATE_SEARCHTERMS
3. Aggregate Comparison Terms - /SAPSLL/SPL_INDEX_CREATE
4. Generate Comparison Terms for Bus. Partners -
   /SAPSLL/SPL_CREATE_SEARCHTADRC
5. /SAPSLL/SPL_STTREX (Upload Comparison Index to TREX)

Please execute T-Code '/SAPSLL/SPL_STTREX' to transfer SPL indexes without p_delta selection
option.

Hi Ram,

This message is due to the fact that your opted to use TREX search as per the customizing settings but the connection with TREX server is not possible. Take the help from your basis team to check if the server is up and running for GTS system. Otherwise get the same done for performance reasons for SPL screening.
