User to Business Role Mapping

Hello Experts,

We are following business role.Is there any reports that shows a user assigned to which business role.

Or if there is any table to get that report.

you can use standard reports e.g. User to Role Relationship, or Role Relationship with User / User Group.

Dear Mamoon,

sorry my mistake.. but with report User to Role Relationship you are able to see assigned business roles.

See below example for business role ZTESTBUS. You can anlyzed either one system or multiple. In the end you will see all the assignments which are assign thru the business role.

Dear Mamoon,

depends on your setup. I have defined a naming convention which I can use to search type specific roles. So in that case I search for all business roles (Starting with B:*) and then filter the user in the report.

I will check if there is another possibility to search role assignments.

Which support pack are you on? I think the report works as intended on SP 14/15 onwards.

I think you mean 2036088 so you may want to edit your answer above. Our team may have been provided this fix as a OSS support call response. Seems this one is going to be delivered as part of SP17.
