Hello everybody,

In our Solution Manager Incident Management system, when creating a ticket, we are getting the following error:

We are getting this error after all the steps are completed and we press on Send button.

Kindly asking your help on this issue.

That Note cannot be implemented in my system.

Hello,

So whats your Solman version ? I find another note for you 1377067 - Uncaught exception in action SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CHECK

also check SLg1 tocde for errros.

Hello,

While searching I've come across these notes, but they are not relevant to the problem.

Our system is Solman 7.1 SP10, while the note is for ST 400.
