Missing <SAPj2eeEngine_install_dir>/managers> folder

I have recently installed the WebAS Preview and I have been having some problems with my JCO Connection in web Dynpro. It tests but I get the ERROR

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/util/monitor/jarm/TaskMonitor at com.sap.mw.jco.util.Jarm.getRequestMonitor.

I found the JARM.jar file and I can tell it was never accesses. I checked the libraries path in the visual Administrator and it points to the correct path. So when researching libraries a lot of forums mention the library.txt file and the managers folder. Both of which I don't have.

How do I get the folders? Do I have to do a new install?

I didn't really solve the problem. I was able to get the Sneak Peak on DVD and with that installation I did not have the problem anymore.

Hi Laura,

I had the same problem and i got it to work. I modified the class path of J2EE(by running the configtool.bat) to point to where the JARM jars where stored. I would love to hear from anybody that has solved this issue any othe way.
