Half sign (1/2) invisible on Ricoh printers

Hi all,

Does anyone know where to start looking in SAP when a half sign (1/2) is missing on all output sent to a Ricoh printer? I've been searching a solution for this issue for months now and it's very likely I'm searching in the wrong place, but I simply can't find it.

Any help or clue would be much appreciated.

Hello,

This might be caused by that the corresponding font is missing on the printer,
you can try and see if it works with device type SWINCF which will use the Windows font instead of the printer.
