Hi.
I downloaded all the iso part files and cat them all into a iso file.
As per:
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/a0447924-5b8f-2910-0899-ddc65... [original link is broken]
However when I mount the iso file there is no install.html file in the root directory.
Can I get this from somewhere else?

Duh.
I am sorry for the post.
The file on the downloaded version is called index.html.
Should have dug deeper before posting.
