Hi,

Check in SU01 status of the user, whether it is locked.

Also try logging in as this user in SAPGUI to confirm the password.

Also check if required authorizations/roles are assigned to this user.

Thanks

Hello Sahil,

Please assign roles to user as below

SLDAPIUSER = SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION_RO

Please remove gateway host and gateway service in your configuration and try again.

Let me know what you get.

Yogesh

yes, the problem solved. thanks for your replies all.

the users SLDDSUSER and SLDAPIUSER got locked, I changed it in su01.

and I created rfc in SM59 for SAPSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC and create the same in JCo RFC provider.

both are working.

but iam facing new problem.

I have solution manager 7.1 system and I configured local SLD. I did not connect any managed system as of now.

after all the trouble shooting, SLDAPICUST and SLDCHECK is fine but

the error is

"Functional call returned exception code 3"

"Access to XI Profile currently disrupted.

I have solution manager 7.1, I did not configure managed systems as of now.  is this error belongs to solution manager 7.1 or for PI system.

can u please guide me how to trouble shoot this error. check the following screen shot for reference.

thanks in advance.

Hello Sahil,

This function is available in SAP NW PI system. I am not sure why you need to run sldcheck in solution manager?

SLDCHECK should work normal in PI

My test result in solution manger for SLD check is as below

Start transaction SU01 and check if one of the SLD User is locked:

SLDDSUSER

SLDAPIUSER

you can also check SLD connection with following transactions:

SLDCHECK

SLDAPICUST

If the user is locked your provided password is wrong. If no other SAP System is using the SLD you could change the password of the user and enter the correct one at solman_setup.
