Hi experts,
I am facing an issue in the Access request form line items display.
When the approver opens the request for approval the line item details in the request are not displayed.
Even when i search the request and try to open same issue is reported.
I have attached the screenshot of the issue .Help is much appreciated.

You nee to refer SAP Notes# 1890137 and 1805019
These would definitely resolve your issues.

I also faced same issue after upgrade fro SP09 to SP13 and changed made via this is transportable.

I think Workflow is not working prlopery_
Call transaction SPROagain
Click SAP Reference IMG
Access Workflow node under Governance, Risk and Compliance > General Settings
Execute Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing
Execute PerformTask-Specific Customizing
and make sure all task are assigned.

agree with the solution above. Out of interest are the changes made via implementing the note 1805019 transportable? Or does it require manual implementation per GRC system?
